§05 Common questions
Things you should know.
№ 01 Do I own the website?
Yes — fully. The domain is registered in your name, the code is yours to take with you, and we'll hand you the keys any time you ask. No lock-in, no walled garden.
№ 02 What if I want to leave?
Cancel any time, no notice period. We'll either transfer the website files and your domain to your own hosting, or keep the site live on a yearly hosting plan if you'd rather not deal with that. Your domain stays registered to you regardless.
№ 03 Do you handle Google Business?
We can help connect your new website to your Google Business Profile, set up the official website link, and add structured data so Google can better understand your business. We can't control exactly what Google chooses to show in search results — but we build it the right way.
№ 04 How long does it actually take?
Quick Quote sites go live in 5–7 working days. QuoteReady Website in 7–10. QuoteReady Pro in 14–21. We tell you the day-by-day timeline before we start and we hit it — if we're late through our fault, the first month of the care plan is on us.
№ 05 What if I need to update something later?
Every build comes with 30-day launch support — fix anything you spot in the first month, no charge. After that, the care plan covers small content updates and ongoing maintenance as part of the monthly fee. Larger work like a new page or design overhaul gets quoted up front.
№ 06 Will it actually rank on Google?
Built-in: structured data, performance-focused build, mobile-first rendering, sitemap submission, and your business address embedded for local SEO. We don't promise page-one in a month — anyone who does is lying — but the site is built so Google can read it properly.
№ 07 What if my business closes?
We'll take the site down and refund any unused months of hosting. Your domain stays yours — you can keep it, transfer it, or let it lapse. We're not in the business of holding people's web presence hostage.
№ 08 Can I see a draft before I pay?
We take 50% upfront to start the build and 50% before launch. You see the draft before the second half is due, and every package includes revision rounds so we can get it right with you.
